Château Haut Brisey

The estate is located in the town of Jau-Dignac-et-Loirac, in the far north of the Médoc appellation.

Created in 1983, the Château Haut Brisey is managed by Corine and Christian Denis. The house's membership in the "crus artisans" family, a new 2018 classification from the 2017 vintage, has marked the history of its wines formerly classified as crus bourgeois.

Exceptional wines to keep

The vineyard extends over an area of 10 ha. Its soil is characterized by Quaternary gravel mixed with a thin layer of clay and limestone. The grape variety is made up of Cabernet (70%) and Merlot (30%). Thanks to the climate of the region, the grapes can reach a greater maturity, allowing to obtain excellent wines of guard.

Among the references offered by the house are "Château Haut Brisey" and "Les Hauts de Sestignan". Château Haut Brisey 2012 is currently one of the good vintages for sale. He has been awarded several times: silver medal at the Concours International de Lyon in 2016, silver medal at the Concours de Bordeaux 2015, silver medal Prix Plaisir 2018, Bettane & Desseauve competition.

Superb tasting experience with the owner Christian Denis, passionate about his art and who will not hesitate to introduce you to several vintages from his estate. Authentic wines in the image of the producer, generous, round and powerful at very affordable prices to accompany regional dishes such as duck breasts or regional beef ribs.

A treat that we never tire of. Worth a visit and it is safe to report your visit
